HERE IS THE TUTORIAL:
You will need the following materials:
- A4 white sheets of paper
- glue
- alcohol markers (choose colors as desired)
- scissors
- duct tape
- pencil
- ruler
STEP 1: How to Make a Dragon Puppet
Take an A4 sheet of white paper and fold it into a strip as shown in images 2-4.
Glue the edge of the paper and fold the strip in half.
STEP 2: How to Make a Dragon Puppet
Take one more A4 paper sheet and fold it in a strip in the same way as shown in images 2-3. Glue the edge of the paper (images 4-5) and ensure that there’s a strip of paper left on one side. Trim off this strip as shown in image 6. Fold the remaining paper strip in half (image 7). Prepare two more strips, each 3 cm wide, and two more strips, each 2 cm wide. As a result, you will have three strips, each 3 cm wide, and three strips, each 2 cm wide (image 8).
Trim off the ends of the strips (2 cm width) as shown in images below.
STEP 3: How to Make a Dragon Puppet
Take an A4 sheet of white paper and fold it in half. Draw out the paper as shown in images 2-5. Cut the paper into pieces (images 7-8).

STEP 4: How to Make a Dragon Puppet
Attach the just-cut paper pieces to the strips made earlier using glue, as shown in the images below.
STEP 5: How to Make a Dragon Puppet
Take an A4 sheet of white paper and fold it in half. Draw out the paper as shown in images 2-5. Color the paper (image 6). Cut the paper into pieces (images 7-8).

STEP 6: How to Make a Dragon Puppet
Attach the just-cut paper pieces to the strips made earlier using glue as shown in images 1-3. Trim off the edges of the paper pieces as shown in images 4-6.

Attach the paper pieces to each other using duct tape as shown in images 7-10.
STEP 7: How to Make a Dragon Puppet
Prepare 5 paper strips (image 1). Roll the strip into a ring and fix the end with glue as shown in images 2-4. Note that the paper ring should fit freely on the thumb (image 5). Make the same paper rings for the other four fingers as shown in images 7-8.
STEP 8: How to Make a Dragon Puppet
Attach the rings to the paper pieces made earlier using glue. This is shown in the images below.

STEP 9: How to Make a Dragon Puppet
Take an A4 sheet of white paper and fold it in half. Draw out the paper as shown in the images 2-8. Color the paper (images 9-10). Cut out the dragon head following the traced lines (images 11-12). Prepare two identical dragon heads.
STEP 10: How to Make a Dragon Puppet
Take an A4 sheet of white paper and fold it in half. Trace the outline of the dragon’s head on the paper, following the guidance in images 2-4. Color the paper and cut along the traced lines (images 5-8).

STEP 11: How to Make a Dragon Puppet
Take an A4 sheet of white paper and fold it in half. Draw out the paper as shown in the images 2-4. Color the paper and cut along the traced lines (images 5-7). Prepare the paper pieces of the specified shape as shown in image 8.
STEP 12: How to Make a Dragon Puppet
Take an A4 sheet of white paper and fold it in half. Trace the outline of the earlier prepared paper piece on the paper, following the guidance in images 2-4. Color the paper and cut along the traced lines (images 5-8). Prepare three identical paper pieces.
STEP 13: How to Make a Dragon Puppet
Attach the paper pieces to each other with duct tape as shown in the images below.
STEP 14: How to Make a Dragon Puppet
Glue all the previously prepared paper pieces together as shown in the pictures below.
