HERE IS THE TUTORIAL:
Supplies you’ll need:
- sheets of paper or cardboard in various colors (green, yellow, pink, grey)
- scissors
- glue
- ruler
- pencil
- glue gun
Step 1: Cutting the Paper Strips and Flowers
Prepare the necessary materials (shown in image 1). Take several sheets of green paper (preferably in three different tones) and draw strips according to the dimensions shown in image 2. Cut out the strips using scissors (images 3 and 4).
Draw the flowers as shown in the pictures below. Note that you will need to draw 7 flowers: 4 flowers with a diameter of about 10 cm and 3 flowers with a diameter of about 7 cm. Follow the instructions shown in images 1 and 2. Cut out the flowers using scissors (as shown in images 3 and 4).

Roll the paper pieces into flower shapes as shown in the images below.
Step 2: Creating Circles and Leaves
Draw circles (about 30 pieces) on a piece of yellow paper and cut them out as demonstrated in images 1 and 2. Draw leaves (approximately 10 pieces) on sheets of green paper (using two different tones) and cut them out as shown in images 3 and 4.

Step 3: Decorating the Base of the Card
Take a piece of yellow paper measuring 21 by 15 cm for the base of the card. Alternatively, you may choose your preferred color. Glue the cut-out elements (strips, circles) onto the card base, following the images provided.
Step 4: Attaching the Flowers
Attach the flowers to the base of the gift card. For convenience, use a glue gun, as demonstrated in the images below.

Step 5: Adding Final Touches
Cut out a piece of grey paper measuring 10 by 5.5 cm (as shown in image 1). Glue the paper piece at the indicated location on the card, as demonstrated in image 3. Add final decorations, congratulations, and wishes for Women’s Day.
Step 6: Completing the Card
