HERE IS THE TUTORIAL:
You will need the following materials:
- cardboard
- colored paper
- thread
- alcohol markers
- pen
- scissors
- glue
FOLLOW THESE EASY STEPS TO MAKE A PAPER SPINNER TOY
Take a piece of cardboard and draw a circle with an 11 cm diameter (as shown in image 1). For our tutorial, we recommend using porous two-layer cardboard to ensure the spinner’s solidity. Cut out your circle (images 2 and 3). Take a sheet of colored paper and trace the just-cut cardboard circle onto it. Trace and cut out two identical circles, as shown in image 4.
Cut out your circles and glue them to both sides of the cardboard circle, as shown in the images below.

Take a piece of white paper, draw your favorite Sonic Character, and stick it to one side of the cardboard circle.

Now, it’s time to add the final touches to your Paper Spinner Toy. You can either do it as you wish or use our pattern options. Trim the edges according to your chosen shape (as shown in images 2 and 3). Then, make two small holes (approximately 1 cm apart) on either side of the circle’s center, as shown in image 4.
Prepare a thread approximately 40 – 50 cm in length. Thread it through the holes, and tie the ends in a knot. This process is shown in the images below.
