HERE IS THE TUTORIAL:
You will need the following materials:
- a sheet of white cardboard
- duct tape
- permanent markers for decoration (choose colors as desired)
- scissors
- liquid soap
- acrylic paint
- paintbrush
Follow these easy steps to create a Scratch-Off Cards:
First of all, decide on the text or images that will be on your scratch-off card.
This will determine the size of the material you will need.
As a material for making scratch-off cards, you can use a sheet of plastic or cardboard.
In our tutorial, we used white cardboard.
Cut out a piece of cardboard of the required size.
Choose the design and decorate the scratch-off card according to your preferences.
You may do it as you wish or use our decoration options.
Feel free to create your own card designs using markers or colored pencils.

Now, you’ll need a duct tape.
It will serve as a protective covering for the scratch-off card, so that inscriptions and drawings will not be damaged during the scraping process.
Adjust the width of the duct tape so that it covers the entire surface of our scratch-off card.
Cut a piece of duct tape so that it is slightly larger than the size of the scratch-off card.
Stick the duct tape over the card.
Cut off the edges of the duct tape.
Now, you will need a Liquid Soap.
Apply a small amount of soap to the surface of the scratch-off card using a paintbrush.

Now, you will need an Acrylic Paint. Choose the color of paint you like the most.

Apply a small amount of paint to the surface of the scratch-off card using a paintbrush.

Mix the liquid soap with the acrylic paint.
Now let the scratch-off card dry.
