Take a square sheet of two-colored paper
Turn the paper over so that the white side is facing up and fold it in half

Now, our paper sheet has two cross folds
Unfold the paper
Place the sheet of paper with the white side up, so that one of the corners is at the bottom

Rotate the sheet by 45 degrees
Fold the bottom corner of the paper up again

Without changing the position of the paper sheet, fold the bottom corner to the fold line shown in the next image
